      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Allow customers to copy an existing ticket through JSD.
      Customers periodically submit tickets for work that is required across multiple environments and request the ability to copy information from an existing ticket.
