Error message for invalid time continues to display on Work Log Page

      Steps To Reproduce

      1. Login to Jira.
      2. Create New Task or Sub Task.
      3. Click on More.
      4. Click on Work Log
      5. On Work Log Pop enter invalid hours.
      6. Now click on Log
      7. Error message will display "Invalid working hours"
      8. Now Reset the time but Error message will remain as it is.

      Expected Result
      When time get display error message should also get clear.
