Summary
Currently when resolving issues, the resolution is visible in the Service Desk Portal for customers to see. It would be helpful if there was a way to keep resolutions from displaying.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a new issue
- Resolve the issue
- View the issue from the view of a customer via the Customer Portal
Expected Results
Issue Resolution should not be displayed if the option is enabled to hide them
Actual Results
Issue Resolution is displayed as there is no option to hide them
