Help and Instructions field does not save inserted text

      Summary:

      The Help and Instructions field in the Request Types:

      Does not save the inserted text.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a Service Desk
      2. Try to insert a text in the Help and Instructions:
      3. Hit "save"

      Expected

      The new inserted text remains

      Actual

      Nothing happens and the following error appears in Javascript console:
