Summary
When including attachments to a comment via [^macro] , a notification with the attachment URL is sent out.
https://<CLOUD_INSTANCE>.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customershim/secure/attachment/10000/10000_Songs.txt
When accessing this URL, apache 400 error is returned.
Steps to Replicate
- Create a SD ticket. Make sure that the notification will be sent to you.
- Attach some items to the SD ticket.
- Include the attachment into the comment, [^macro]
- A notification should be sent.
Expected Behavior
The attachments should be accessible after login.
Current behavior
Attachment URL is returning apache 400 error.
Workaround
Customer will have to login manually to view the attachments from the portal.
