Description
NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.
We wish to configure filter notifications for certain SLAs – but only when those SLAs are active and not paused.
Ultimately, the filter would go something like:
... AND <SLA> IS ACTIVE AND ...
Currently, there is no way to do this without custom add-ons.
