Allow customization of customer portal to be able to include more rows

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      It will be great to be able to control what rows/information that can be shown on the customer portal. Currently the default view just show Type, Reference, Summary, Service Desk, Status and Requester. It will be good to be able to put in more column to the portal.
