All SLA Report across projects

      Problem Definition:

      Currently, the SLA Report is restricted only in one project, hence if the Agents want to see the SLA report for each project they need to navigate between the projects.

      Suggested Solution:

      It will be great if there is one page that could show all SLA report across the project. It will be like a massive Wallboard where the Agents could see every SLA report for every project. Since SLAs might be re-used between projects, and can be worked on by the same set of agents, having these reports available with shared SLAs over multiple projects would add a lot of value.
