      Create Linked Issue option in Issue View Screen is not translated to different language

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Change language setting in User Profile to different language (i.e Deutsch)
      2. Navigate to any issues
      3. Click More

      Actual Result

      Create Linked Issue is not translated to Deutsch

      Expected Result

      Create Linked Issue is translated to Deutsch
