Summary
Under Applications > Service Desk Configuration, the following description is under Notifications:
This setting controls all service desk projects. If this setting is enabled, customers receive email notifications when they raise a request through the Customer Portal, when their request is resolved, when another user comments on their request, and when there is a change in the request's status.
As SD customers are no longer notified when a status transition occurs in a request, this information needs to be updated to avoid confusion.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to Applications > Service Desk Configuration
- Look under Notifications
Expected Results
The info on being notified during status transitions should not be there.
