Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new ServiceDesk project.
2. Add several new Request Types (10 to 15 should be sufficient)
3. Go to the Request Types overview screen and scroll down
You will see that the footer bar with the Atlassian logo is scrolling upwards too, blocking access to a request type.
