Allow wiki markup to be used in the Description of the Request Type

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently, it seems that the description of the request types in Service Desk does not support wiki markup (for example, bold and links).

      This can be a rather vital feature as these descriptions can benefit from such wiki markup to make Service Desk easier and more convenient for the users.

      I understand the the introductory text (the text under the request type when creating the request) supports such markup, but the description of the request type itself when the user is about to create a request can be most helpful.
