      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Problem Definition

      Customer is not allowed to edit notification email settings at their profile in Customer Portal . Only JIRA Service Desk admin are allow to change it from JIRA .

      Suggested Solution

      Customer should allow to edit their own email notifications settings from the customer portal.
