As a customer, should allow to edit notification email settings from customer portal

      Problem Definition

      Customer is not allowed to edit notification email settings at their profile in Customer Portal . Only JIRA Service Desk admin are allow to change it from JIRA .

      Suggested Solution

      Customer should allow to edit their own email notifications settings from the customer portal.
