The ability to report against different customers

      As Service Desk is used in a help desk environment, it will be nice to be able to report on how many issues/incidents were raised from specific customer/company. The only workaround for the time being, is to configure different filters for each customer/company which might be very time consuming if there are a lot of customers to report against.
