Ability to customize the search field default text in Customer Portal base

      Problem Definition

      As an Admin It would be nice to be able to customize the Text in the Service Management Default Customer Portal Base Page Search Box:

      Text to customize: Find help and services

      Suggested Solution

      Add the ability to customize text or disable it fully.
