There is a Jira administration setting to set the minimum password strength ([mycloudsite]/admin/passwordpolicy). But I would like to relax this policy for my Jira Service Desk customers, who have restricted access already and shouldn't be bothered by as strict requirements as I'd like to adhere to for our internal staff. For example, I might set the minimum password strength to Good for internal use, but allow my Service Desk customers to use weak passwords. Our customers are too technically challenged to be bothered by (for them) overly complex passwords.
