      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      It would be great if instead of having to sign up for an account, customers could create the account while filling up the request. By filling the email address an account can be automatically created.

      Similar to when a new customer emails the Service Desk account.
