            [JSDCLOUD-2169] Help Center - Footer Customization

            We are looking to implement our own branding for our JSM customer portal. Despite opting for the Premium license, we have noticed that the option to remove the "Powered by Jira Service Management" branding is not feasible.

            This is a critical requirement for our branding and user experience strategy. We kindly request your support in enabling this functionality or providing guidance on alternative solutions.

            I'm guessing by the fact that we are 9 years after the initial request that this will not be happening anytime soon.

            The Help Center footer should also support custom or standard HTML so we can provide standardized disclosures or details for users in KB page footers.

            Hi,

            This appears to be quite a gap given organisations need to be able to refer to their Privacy Policies, Privacy Collection Notices, T&Cs and similar which are usually found in footer / reference areas. This appears to be a very basic functionality that helps addressing compliance requirements that should be available out of the box.

            Would be good to get a solution to help addressing such requirements.
