Can a feature be added to Service Desk that notifies if agents are working on the same ticket at the same time?
It could be implemented in a way that when the second agent focuses on the Comment section, a warning pop's up telling him an agent with agent name is working on it at the moment.
This would make it more efficient for resource allocation for work that is being done so agents can move on to other tickets when another is working on one they were about to start editing.
