Issue Summary
When a user translates his statuses in JIRA and sets his language to a preferred language, if he navigates to customer portal of Service Desk, some of the language change is not obeyed and this also affects emails sent by Service Desk to the users.

Expected Behaviour
The notification all over should follow the specified translations to the language rather than English Language.
Actual Behaviour
Some statuses or messages generated by JIRA still contain some parts in English, even despite the customer specifying the appropriate translation for them within JIRA.
