Issue Summary

In Jira Service Management Form Builder, hovering the mouse pointer over the Trash (delete) icon of a Form field causes the icon/UI element to flicker rapidly, resulting in a poor user experience and making it difficult to select or interact with the field options cleanly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Jira Service Management and navigate to Space Settings > Request management > Forms
2. Edit an existing form in Form Builder.
3. Click on any existing Form field.
4. Move the mouse pointer over the Trash icon.

Expected Results

The Trash icon should highlight smoothly on hover, remaining stable so the user can easily click it to delete the field.

Actual Results

The Trash icon flickers rapidly when the mouse pointer is hovered over it.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround to stop the flickering, but users can still carefully click the flickering Trash icon to delete the field
