      Issue Summary

Currently, in Jira Service Management cloud, when service project agents or admins view the Customers list (/jira/servicedesk/projects/<KEY>/customers), the list only displays the user's Name and Email Address.

There is no visibility into which Customer Organizations a user belongs to. The admin has to navigate to all the "Customer Organizations" and search for the user to check whether they are part of it.

      Current Behaviour:

      • Agents can't see a customer’s organisation memberships from the main Customers list.
      • To check which organizations a user belongs to, an agent must manually click into each individual Organization tab one by one and search for the user within each organization's member list.
      • Clicking or hovering over a customer's name/profile card does not display their organization affiliations.

      Desired Behaviour:

Add an "Organizations" column on the Customers page, displaying tags/chips of the organizations the user is a member of.

      Workaround

      No workaround currently.
