Issue Summary

Assets UI : In Linked Work Items, Filter Section is missing in Object if no open Linked work item.

This is only happening in New Assets UI.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Object in New UI > In Linked work items there is not Filter option.

Expected Results

Filter should be visible always in Linked work items.

Actual Results

Filter is not visible in Linked work items.

Workaround

• Navigate to any Object that has at-least one open Linked work Item.
• Here the Filter is visible and Select/Un-Select Hide Resolved work items and save.
• This will persists for all objects.
