Issue Summary
Admins are not able to manage KB categories when Knowledge Base sources are hidden
Steps to Reproduce
- Project Admin A links a Knowledge Base to the project and created KB categories
- Project Admin B doesn't have access to the Knowledge Base and is not able to remove the KB categories
Expected Results
Admins should be able to remove KB categories
Actual Results
Admins are not able to manage KB categories when Knowledge Base sources are hidden
Workaround
Link a new Knowledge Base to the project and if the admin has access to it, KB categories will become available
