Issue Summary

In Jira Service Management, when attempting to add or remove columns in the "List" view under "Multi-space work," the operation fails with the following error message:

We couldn't configure the columns

Refresh and try again.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to a Service space.
2. Go to Multi-space work from the sidebar.
3. Select the List view.
4. Click on the column configuration button
5. Attempt to add a new field as a column or remove an existing one.

Expected Results

The selected columns are added or removed successfully, and the List view updates to reflect the changes.

Actual Results

An error message appears: We couldn't configure the columns. Refresh and try again. The column configuration remains unchanged.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
