Current State:

Currently when viewing the Alert in the list view in a Filter, the Assignee column does not display the complete details of the Assignee.

If the Alerts is Assigned to a user, and if this users does not have a Profile Picture, then it appears as if the Alert is Unassigned, it does not display the user initials, nor does it display anything when we hover the mouse on the user Icon.
 
For Alerts that are assigned: * Users with Profile Picture the picture is displayed, but no Name.

• Users without Profile Picture, there is no difference between unassinged and Assinged, hovering the mouse also does not dispaly anything.
• Another observation is that, when we open the alert and see the Assignee, the user email is displayed and not the User Name like how we see in the Responder field.

Proposed Future State:

The Alert Assignee column in the filter view should display the complete name similar to how a User picker field would be displayed in a JQL filter.
