Issue Summary

Queue reordering performed in JSM project settings does not reflect on the left-side navigation panel when queues are part of a priority group.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to a JSM project
2. Go to Project Settings → Queues
3. Create or ensure queues are added to a priority group
4. Reorder the queues within the priority group by dragging them to a new position "Reorder Queues" button
5. Save the changes
6. Navigate back to the Project and verify left-side panel

Expected Results

The queues on the left-side panel should reflect the new order set within the priority group in project settings.

Actual Results

The queues on the left-side panel remain in their original order and do not reflect the reordering changes within the priority group.

Workaround

The left-side panel displays queues in the order they were originally added to the priority group, the current workaround is to remove and re-add the queues to the priority group in the desired order. The panel will then reflect the intended sequence based on the order of addition (First one added will be the topmost).
