Unable to see the table and cell formatting options in a form in Form Builder

      Issue Summary

      Clicking the small arrow in the column header in a table that is added to a JSM form, should popup a menu that has some options including delete column etc and that is not shown.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a JSM Template Form in Project Setting
      2. Add a table
      3. Try to delete a column in the table by clicking on the column header and clicking on the small arrow in the top right 
      4. This has been tried from both Chrome and Edge.

      Expected Results

      The Cell Options do not display on clicking the down arrow. Nothing happens

      Actual Results

      The menu with options to Add column, delete column etc should be shown.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
