Issue Summary

When a JSM Space has more than 20 Knowledge Base categories, the category list becomes paginated. However, drag-and-drop reordering stops working on page 2 and beyond, so users can only reorder categories on the first page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In a JSM Space, create more than 20 Knowledge Base categories.
2. Navigate to the Knowledge Base category management page.
3. Move to page 2 of the paginated category list.
4. Try to reorder categories via drag and drop.

Expected Results

Drag-and-drop reordering should work on all paginated pages (page 2 and beyond).

Actual Results

Drag-and-drop reordering does not work on page 2 (and subsequent pages). Only page 1 categories can be reordered.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
