Issue Summary

When disabling the Labs feature "Space summary" the project Space Summary remains active and visible. The feature toggle appears to have no effect.

This appears to be an issue for sites using BYOK encryption.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Disable space summary feature from the Feature labs
2. Navigate to the Summary screen from the project and verify that summary is disabled

Expected Results

No summary should be seen. Admins must be able to disable the Summary Experience. The space admins should see a page asking them to enable the summary page
For users that are not space admins, they should not see the enable button and can't enable the summary page

Actual Results

Default non-editable summary page is shown. There is no effect of turning the toggle off and a default summary info is shown.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
