Current State:

When you go to any object there are a lot of sections visible like object reference, linked work items, attachments, etc.

Proposed Future State:

Please add a feature that can enable user to disable any section globally or granularly in the object layout as per their requirement like the object reference section, to avoid a cluttered view.
