Current State:

The Team field displays all teams available across the Atlassian organization when presented to agents or customers. There is currently no native way to filter or scope the Team field to show only a subset of teams. 

Proposed Future State:

Introduce a context/filter configuration for the Team field in JSM that allows administrators to define display rules.
