      Issue Summary

JSM Summary Dashboard: Clicking SLA breached count does not filter the side panel to show only breached tickets

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to a JSM project's Summary page (e.g., /jira/servicedesk/projects/Project/summary/...)
      1. Observe a customized Summary dashboard widget showing an SLA breached count (e.g., 2 breached)
      1. Click on the SLA breached count
      1. Observe the right-side ticket panel

      Expected Results

The side panel should filter and display only the tickets that have breached the SLA — matching the count shown on the widget.

      Actual Results

The side panel displays all tickets instead of only the SLA-breached tickets. For example, the widget shows 2 breached tickets, but clicking it shows the full unfiltered list.
