Date field format in Forms doesn't follow Default language format ( English UK) when raise ticket in login free ( anonymous ) portal

      Issue Summary

      When raising a ticket in login free ( anonymous ) portal with request type form attached with Forms template that contain Date field type , the Date field format doesn't follow the default language form.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Form in JSM space with Date field type
      2. Set Form default language to English UK
      3. Attach the form with one request type
      4. Then , open portal in incognito browser , without login ( anonymous portal )
      5. Fill in the date field

      Expected Results

      The date picker field will show in English UK format

      Actual Results

      The date picker field shown in English US format

      Workaround

      Use Date Picker field directly into the Request type form view , not via Forms template.
