Unable to associate SharePoint Knowledge base due to security-type groups

      Issue Summary

       
      SharePoint folders associated with security-type groups aren’t displayed in the KB connection from JSM.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Follow the steps from https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/add-knowledge-from-microsoft-sharepoint-to-your-project/
      2. When trying to connect the SharePoint folder in the JSM Space "No options" is displayed

      Expected Results

      The SharePoint folders associated with the connection should be displayed.

      Actual Results

      The "No options" message is returned and it isn't possible to establish the connection.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
