Allow Assets schedule import not dependent on admin permission

      Current State:

      Currently, when an admin that has configured the schedule import account been deleted or the license or role been removed , the schedule import will be removed.

       

      Proposed Future State:

      Ability to link schedule import with Service Account or other system account that doesn't depend on only 1 account.

       

      Alternative (e.g. Third Party Plugin):

      No workaround.
