Delays noticed on adding customers to Organizations

      Problem

      Delays have been noticed when a customer is added to an organization. The customers eventually show up on the tab after about 24 hours. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to the Customers -> Organization
      2. Click on Add Customer
      3. Add the email address of customer
      4. Refresh the page 

      Expected Results

      Once the customers added into an organisation, it should be showing immediately.

      Actual Results

      It takes about 24 hours for the customers to become visible on the page
