      Issue Summary

      In the Jira mobile app, the option "Allow Jira to set ringtone volume" doesn't override the phone settings. If the phone settings is set to vibrate or silence, it "breaks" the DnD phone settings, but it doesn't ring loud or according to the settings in the Jira mobile app.

      Android versions: 16 and 17.
      App version: 194.1.10.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Access the Jira mobile app;
      2. Click on the avatar -> Notification Settings -> Alerts rules;
      3. Enable "Allow Jira to set ringtone volume" -> Set the volume to max;
      4. Create a new alert adding you as the Responder.
        1. Before creating the alert, ensure that your phone settings is in vibrate or silent mode.
      5. See the phone ringing but in silence or vibrating, it doesn't override the volume set in the app settings.

      Expected Results

      It should override the phone settings and ring loudly.

      Actual Results

      It doesn't override the phone settings and keep ringing in vibrate or silent mode.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
