Current State:

When a work item already has a Form attached, adding an additional Form via automation (e.g., on a transition trigger) does not update the work item view — the newly added Form only appears after a manual page refresh. However, if no Form is currently attached, adding the first Form via automation correctly triggers a page refresh.

Proposed Future State:

The work item view should automatically refresh whenever a Form is attached via automation, regardless of whether a Form already exists on the work item.

Purpose:

This feature request is to ensure this edge case is considered during implementation of JRACLOUD-81260
