Current State:

Currently in JSM Operations -> On-call schedules the Your Shifts sections shows a single timeline which has a consolidated view of all the schedules.

But if the logged in user wants to check the on-call schedule of another user then we can check that under Operations -> All On-call schedules and search for the user in the People searchbox.

But the schedule appear separately, and it becomes hard to navigate individually on all the schedules if there are multiple schedules.

In Opsgenie, when opening a Users profile from Settings -> Users this page had a dedicated tab for On call schedule that showed the aggregated view of all the schedules the user was a part of, in a single timeline.

Proposed Future State:

Introduce this On call schedule tab when opening the user profile from Operations -> General Configuration -> Role Assignment 

OR

Provide an Option to combine all the schedules to a single timeline when view another users schedules under Operations -> On-call schedules
