Current State:

Currently, the Data Manager's Entra ID User Adapter imports all users from the connected Microsoft Entra ID tenant. There is no option to filter the import by Active Directory (AD) group membership. Many organizations have a large number of users in their Entra ID tenant — including technical accounts, service accounts, and users from subsidiaries — and only need to import a specific subset of valid employees into Assets.
