Issue Summary
When using the slash command / on the comment box for a work item, the Canned Responses templates aren't being added. It only works when adding through the Canned Responses icon.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the Jira work item.
- Select Reply to customer or Add internal note.
- Use the slash command / and select the Canned Responses
- Try to insert a template
Expected Results
The template isn't added.
Actual Results
The Canned Responses template is added.
Workaround
Click the Canned responses icon (the speech bubble icon) in the editor toolbar.
