Canned Responses aren't added when using the slash command (/)

      Issue Summary

      When using the slash command / on the comment box for a work item, the Canned Responses templates aren't being added. It only works when adding through the Canned Responses icon.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open the Jira work item.
      1. Select Reply to customer or Add internal note.
      1. Use the slash command / and select the Canned Responses
      1. Try to insert a template

      Expected Results

      The template isn't added.

      Actual Results

      The Canned Responses template is added.

      Workaround

      Click the Canned responses icon (the speech bubble icon) in the editor toolbar.
