Issue Summary

For Forms that doesn't have English US language enabled and English UK set as default language, when it contains Date Time picker field linked to a Jira field , during forms edit , the field shown with the US date format.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Site set with English UK language as default
2. Create a form with Date Time picker field. Link it with a Jira date picker field.
3. Ensure English UK set as default language for the form.
4. Create ticket with the form , then open the ticket to edit the form.

Expected Results

Date Time picker field shown as English UK format

Actual Results

Date Time picker field shown as English US format

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
