Customer notification failures due to Language Translation does not appear in Customer Notification logs.

      Current State:

      It is a know behaviour that if a Language translation is added and if the translations are not reviewed and confirmed, then the Customer notification is not sent.

      With this it is hard for the agents or admins to understand if a notification was sent to the customer.

      The Customer Notification Logs does not capture a notification failure impacted due to Language Translation.

      Proposed Future State:

      The Customer Notification Logs should include any Customer Notification failures due to Language Translation.
