Issue Summary
Rovo service is not able to access the content of KB's because IP allowlist is enabled on this tenant, can you please create a bug for this we will prioritize it
Steps to Reproduce
- Step 1: activate IP allowlist
- Step 2: Go to any ticket in JSM that has a KB reference
Expected Results
It should work and give a recommendation in the ticket based on the KB
Actual Results
No recommendation by Rovo
