Rovo is not fetching the KB's because of IP allowlist enabled

      Issue Summary

      Rovo service is not able to access the content of KB's because IP allowlist is enabled on this tenant, can you please create a bug for this we will prioritize it

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Step 1: activate IP allowlist
      2. Step 2: Go to any ticket in JSM that has a KB reference

      Expected Results

      It should work and give a recommendation in the ticket based on the KB

      Actual Results

      No recommendation by Rovo
