Conversation transcript from JSM virtual service agent to service request

      Summary:

      Currently when using a virtual service agent in the JSM help portal, if a JSM service request is created from the conversation the conversation is not added to the ticket

      It would be helpful if the conversation would be added to the ticket as it would allow for the history of the issue to be captured

      Request:
