Support portal request search should include Description field, not just Summary

      Current Problem
      On the Atlassian Support portal (https://support.atlassian.com/requests), the ticket search function only matches keywords against the ticket's Summary field. Keywords that appear only in the Description (ticket body) do not return results, making it difficult for customers to locate past tickets when the relevant terms were written in the description rather than the title.

      Suggested Solution
      Extend the search scope on the support request list page to include the Description field (ticket body) in addition to the Summary field, allowing customers to find tickets by searching for any text they included in their 
      original request.

      None known at this time.
