Receiving "Something went wrong on our end" when accessing Virtual agent intent

      Issue Summary

      When accessing the Virtual agent intent the system return the following error:

      Something went wrong on our end

      If this keeps happening, share this information with your admin, who should contact support.

      This occurs if the intent had a "Change request type and fields" defined to a specific Request type and a "Ask for information" step with a field defined in the above request, then the Request type is deleted.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Have a specific field related to the Request type (for example a short text field)
      2. Create an intent with "Change request type and fields" step to change to this Request type
      3. Add an "Ask for information" step with a field defined in the above request
      4. Delete the Request type

      Expected Results

      It's possible to access the intent.

      Actual Results

      The error below occurs and it isn't possible to access the intent:

      Something went wrong on our end

      Workaround

      Create a new intent, as it isn't possible to access the existing.
