Issue Summary
When JSM uses Confluence space as Knowledge Base, the Confluence articles are suggested in JSM portal while creating requests. Once a new article is added to the Confluence space, it can take up to hours until it's available within the JSM portal.
Steps to Reproduce
- In a JSM space, add Confluence space as Knowledge Base
- Create an article in Confluence space
- Open the portal, add a summary that matches the article created
Expected Results
The article is suggested in JSM portal as soon as it's created
Actual Results
There's a delay of hours to get the new article in the JSM portal
