Issue Summary

Changing approval settings in one project also changes in other project

Steps to Reproduce

1. When you change the approval settings from one project, it appears that the settings are changed to other project as well
2. These are the stale entries that appear on the frontend

Expected Results

The results should reflect automatically

Actual Results

The changes should be reflected automatically instead of refreshing the page

Workaround

Click on refresh and it should show the correct settings
